How quickly can you start cleaning?
If our team is free, we are ready to come to you on the same day, a couple of hours after your call.
But we recommend that you reserve a cleaning service at least 1 day in advance.

How long will it take to clean the house?
It depends on the condition of your home, which cleaning option you choose and the number of rooms in the house. For example, typically 2-bed/2-bath require 2 hours for standard cleaning or 3 hours for deep cleaning.

How many cleaners will come to clean my house?
Our standard team consists of 2 people. For large and complex cleanings, 1-2 more people can join the team. But for small objects one person can come. You will be notified about this when placing your order.

How does hourly pay work?
This service is especially suitable for creating a custom cleaning checklist or for particularly large and cluttered homes. Minimum order 2 hours.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured!
If you require proof of insurance, simply email us at support@coolcleaningservice.com and we will be happy to send you all relevant documentation.
We recognize that accidental damage can sometimes occur and are committed to conducting a thorough internal investigation and resolving the incident as quickly as possible.

Do you move furniture to clean?
Generally, yes, if the furniture is under 10 kg then, our teams will move it. However, due to OH & S and the threat of damages, we don’t move large lounges, armchairs, beds, or large appliances like fridges, washing machines, and dryers.
